For domestic buyers, all orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services and/or India Post. We dispatch all orders within 0–2 working days. The delivery timeline typically ranges between 3–9 working days depending on the delivery location. Currently, we accept and deliver orders only within India.
Organic G is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to dispatch your consignment within 0–2 working days from the date the order is placed.

Returns and Refunds
Products purchased from the official online store www.organicgshop.com are non-returnable once sold. However, we offer full replacement of products in the following genuine cases:
